Our catering kitchen includes two microwaves, two ovens, an ice machine, and ample counter space — perfect for self-service or professional catering. Stove top cooking is not permitted in the venue.

Why Choose Hillsdale Conference Center

Hillsdale provided a wonderful venue for the speakers and attendees in the ballroom (and also those who attended virtually), as well as the event sponsors and catered food set-up in the nearby classroom. The outside patio was very popular during breaks and lunch for networking and mingling. The staff was professional and extremely helpful with set-up, A-V, and managing the caterer. We would definitely return!
